1. The Procuring entity invites open tenders from eligible candidates for the provision of office cleaning services
2. Interested eligible candidates from the target groups may obtain further information from Procuring entity through Mobile no. 0725310698 during normal working hours.

4. Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 90 days from the closing date of the tender.
5. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number and be deposited in the tender box provided at Uchumi house 11th floor or be addressed and posted to

to be received on or before Wednesday,20th May 2020 at 10 am.

A scanned copy of the Completed tender documents must be sent online to cleaningservices@sportsheritage.go.ke and addressed as above. The email address shall cease to be operational after the designated closing date and time.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend the opening at Conference Room, Kencom house 2nd floor.

Please note that bids may be opened electronically depending on the circumstance at the time of opening.
